Bu ara?t?rmada okul müdürlerinin benimsedi?i liderlik stilleri ile okullar?n örgütsel çekicilik düzeylerini incelemek, kullanm?? oldu?u ba??ms?z de?i?kenler aç?s?ndan incelemek ve benimsemi? stillerinin çekicili?inin anlaml? yorday?c?lar? olup olmad???n? amaçlanm??t?r. Ara?t?rman?n evrenini, Malatya ilinde yer alan kamu okullar?nda görev yapan Battalgazi ilçesinde 4600 Ye?ilyurt 6024 olmak üzere 10624 ö?retmen olu?turmaktad?r. örneklemini ise iline ba?l? merkez ilçelerinde 2019-2020 E?itim-Ö?retim y?l?nda, MEB’e (ilkokul, ortaokul lise düzeyinde) yapan, evrende okullardan ara?t?rmaya gönüllü olarak kat?lan 452 olu?turmaktad?r.
